RUSUTSU in Hokkaido has abundance of powder snow that is famous all over the world.
Rusutsu ski resort has a lot of ski slopes,but
there are many untouched and natural slopes out of ski resort.
Snow here is the same as natural snow, so you can enjoy easily powder snow
under the same conditions as backcountry snow.

Side country is a very fascinating activity which you can enjoy powder snow easily.
But, therer are various risks in the side country area that are not present on the ski slopes.
There are rocks,standing trees,and sometimes cracks which are not on the ski slopes.
And it is difficult to understand what is dangerous if you are not used to "side country".

I started snowboard when I was 15 years old.
When it was first time, I couldn't do snowboard at all, but I enjoyed so much!!!
Since then, I have been captivated by snowboarding.
2 years ago, I moved to Hokkaido to enjoy snowboard with my wife.
And this year, I have started SAMURAI SNOW CONCIERGE snowboarding school with my wife!!

When I belonged to the RUSUTSu official school, I was mainly in charge of mountain guides.
I am proud that there is no one like me.
Birth 16.May.1989 From Aichi prefecture
When I was 5 years old, I started snowboard with my family.
Then my father was my snowboard teacher.
I stopped doing snowboard when I took university entrance exam,
but I couldn't forget the charm of snowboard.
When I was 27 years old, I left the company in Tokyo and moved to Hokkaido.
I enjoy off-course at Rusutsu Slope more than 100 days a year.
And utilizing that experience,this year, I have started SAMURAI SNOW CONCIERGE snowboarding school
with my husband.
