cancellation policy

Our cancellation rules below.

・Reservation date～Until 31 days before the lesson day：No cancellation fee
・30 days before the lesson date～15 days before：80％ of lesson fee
・14 days before the lesson date～On the day of the lesson：100％ of lesson fee

If there is a free date, you can move to another date and there will be no cancellation fee.

There are some people on the waiting list for cancellations, so if it becomes inconvenient, please contact us as soon as possible.

■Regarding system refund fees in case of cancellation

Please note that if you cancel a lesson, 7.2% of the refunded amount will be deducted as a system usage fee.
